Terms of Service

1. The Service

Rawtape provides cryptocurrency market data visualization: charts, order-flow analytics and liquidation data. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranty of any kind.

2. Not financial advice

Nothing in the Service is investment, financial, legal or tax advice, or a solicitation to buy or sell any asset. Trading cryptocurrency derivatives involves substantial risk of loss; you alone are responsible for your trading decisions.

3. Accounts

You must sign in with a valid Google account and be of legal age in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that abuse the Service, attempt to circumvent plan limits, or resell data without permission.

4. Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans are billed through Stripe on a monthly or yearly cycle and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time from Settings → Billing; access continues to the end of the paid period. See the Refund Policy.

5. Manual trading

If you connect exchange API keys, orders are placed solely at your instruction through your own exchange account. We never hold funds. You are responsible for your API-key permissions and for all orders placed from your session.

6. Data & availability

Market data originates from third-party exchanges and may be delayed, incomplete or interrupted. We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy or completeness, and exchange coverage may change.

7. Acceptable use

• No scraping, bulk redistribution or resale of the Service's data.
• No attempts to bypass authentication, entitlements or rate limits.
• No use of the Service for unlawful activity.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rawtape and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any trading losses, arising from use of the Service. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

What we collect

• Account data: your Google account's email, name and avatar, received at sign-in. We never see your Google password.
• Billing data: handled by Stripe. We store your Stripe customer id and subscription status; card details never touch our servers.
• Usage data: sessions (as hashed tokens), plan entitlements, and server logs kept for operations and abuse prevention.
• Exchange API keys: if you enable manual trading, keys are stored server-side, write-only (never displayed back), and used solely to place the orders you request. Remove them any time in Settings.

What we do not do

• No sale of personal data, ever.
• No third-party advertising trackers.
• No storage of card numbers or Google credentials.

Cookies

One first-party session cookie keeps you signed in. No cross-site tracking cookies are set.

Processors

Google (authentication) and Stripe (payments) process data on our behalf under their own policies. Market data comes from exchange APIs and contains no personal information.

Retention & deletion

Account data is kept while your account exists. To delete your account and its data, contact support from your account email; billing records are retained where required by law.

Try before you pay

The Free plan exists so you can evaluate the product with no card and no time limit, we would rather you upgrade because it is obviously worth it.

Monthly plans

Cancel any time from Settings → Billing; your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period and simply does not renew. Monthly charges are generally non-refundable once a period has started.

Yearly plans

Within 14 days of a yearly charge (first payment or renewal), contact us for a full refund: no questions asked. After 14 days, yearly plans are non-refundable but can be cancelled to prevent renewal.

Billing errors & outages

Duplicate charges and clear billing errors are always refunded in full. For extended service outages we will credit affected time on request.

How to request

Contact support from your account email with the charge date. Refunds are returned to the original payment method via Stripe, typically within 5-10 business days.
